Alma Housing Commission

 
 
The Alma Housing Commission is an organization for low income housing assistance. Rent is base upon 30% of the annual income.

The Alma Housing Commission has an allocation for the Voucher Program from HUD. Participants on this program can rent from a private landlord within Gratiot County and receive assistance with their rent.
 
The following is a brief description of each program under the Alma Housing Commission and the name of the person who manages each program.

Secure, smoke free building   Heat & water included with rent
All utilities included in rent   Tenants responsible for electric

30 ~ 1 bedroom apartments for elderly/disabled    25 ~ 3 & 4 bedroom family units
