Absent Owner Form: Use this form to officially notify the department if you are leaving town and would like us to watch your property.

 

Burn Permit: Submit the completed form or email it to the Alma Police Department at almapd@ci.alma.mi.us.  A signed and valid copy will be emailed back to you once it has been processed.  Burn Permits are not valid until signed by an authorized representative.

Complaint Request:  Use this form to file official complaints with the Department.

 

Employment Background Information Request:  If you are applying for a position with APD, you must fill out this form.
