Adopted Ordinances - After August 2011:
Ordinance No. 744: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Alma to redefine the Campus (C) District as the Campus-Institutional (CI) District, to specify those uses which will be permitted by right and by special use permit; to specify area, height, width and setback regulations; and to specify those signs which will be permitted.
Ordinance No. 745: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of the City Of Alma as it appears at Section 60-52 of the Ordinances of the City Of Alma. (This ordinance will rezone Masonic Pathways property from R-3, Multiple Family Residential to CI, Campus-Institutional District.) |
