Adopted Ordinances - After August 2011:
Ordinance No. 744: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Alma to redefine the Campus (C) District as the Campus-Institutional (CI) District, to specify those uses which will be permitted by right and by special use permit; to specify area, height, width and setback regulations; and to specify those signs which will be permitted.
Ordinance No. 745: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of the City Of Alma as it appears at Section 60-52 of the Ordinances of the City Of Alma. (This ordinance will rezone Masonic Pathways property from R-3, Multiple Family Residential to CI, Campus-Institutional District.)
Ordinance No. 746: An Ordinance to amend Section 60-208 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Alma to allow adjustments to off street parking requirements by the Planning Commission.

Ordinance No. 748: An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Alma as it appears in Section 32-32 of the Ordinances of the City of Alma (property commonly described as 29-51-027-021-00, located at the southeast intersection of Pine Ave. and Panther Parkway from R-1, Single Family Residential to R-3, Multiple Family Residential).
Ordinance No. 749: An Ordinance to amend Article II of Chapter 32 of the Ordinances of the City of Alma regarding the establishment and management of a Public Library Endowment Fund.
Ordinance No. 750: (Draft) An Ordinance to amend Section 54-59 of the Ordinances of the City of Alma to provide for the regulation and prohibition of the storage of inoperable vehicles; to provide for the enforcement thereof, and to provide penalties for the violation thereof.
Ordinance No. 751: An Ordinance to secure and promote the public health, welfare and safety of the residents and property owners of the City of Alma, Gratiot County, Michigan, to provide for the regulations, prevention, reduction or elimination of blight as well as those factors which cause or may cause blight within said City; to provide for the enforcement thereof, and to provide penalties for the violation thereof.
Ordinance No. 752: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 25 of the Ordinances of the City of Alma to provide for the regulation and prohibition of the use of fireworks; to provide for the enforcement thereof, and to provide penalties for the violation thereof.
