Ordinance No. 700:
An ordinance to amend the zoning map of the City of Alma as it appears at Section32-32
of the Ordinances of the City of Alma.
Ordinance No. 701:
An ordinance adopting and enacting a new code for the City of Alma, Michigan; providing
for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing a penalty for
the violation thereof; providing for the manner of amending such code; and providing
when such code and this ordinance shall become effective.

An ordinance mandating all dog owners walking their dog within the city limits of
Alma cleanup any dog feces left by their dogs off their premises within the city
limits and setting penalties for violation.
Ordinance No. 710:
An ordinance to amend the zoning map of the City of Alma as it appears at Section
60-52 of the ordinances of the City of Alma to rezone the premises commonly referred
to at 525 N. State Street from R-3 Multiple Family District to BMR, Businees and
Multi-Residential District.

An ordinance to amend Section 46-23(C) of the ordinances of the City of Alma to
provide the dates for residential yard waste collection.

An ordinance to amend Chapter 24 of the ordinances of the City of
Alma to prohibit the construction, use, or operation of outdoor furnaces.

An ordinance to amend Section 30-24 of the ordinances of the City
of Alma to provide a civil fine for violation of Section 24-23, related to the construction,
use or operation of outdoor furnaces.

Ordinance No. 720:
An ordinance to amend Chapter 50 of the Ordinances of the City of Alma by the addition
of Division 5, to authorize the payment of an annual service charge in lieu of taxes
for Alma Apartments, owned byGreat Lakes Rural Development Limited Dividend Holusing
Association, LLC., serving low income or moderate income persons in accordance with
the State Housing Development Authority, Act 346 of the Public Acts of 1966, as
amended, and matters related thereto.
Ordinance No. 721:
An Ordinance to amend Article III of Section 54-110 of the Ordinances of the City
of Alma to provide that any violation of such article constitutes a municipal civil
infraction and to provide for impounding of vehicles.
Ordinance 722:
An Ordinance to amend Section 30-24 of the Ordinances of
the City of Alma to provide a civil fine for violation of Article III of Chapter
54 related to the stopping, standing, or parking of motor vehicles.
Ordinance No. 723: An Ordinance to Amend Article
III Of Chapter 42 of the Ordinances of the City Of Alma regarding Special Assessment
Procedures.
Ordinance No. 724:
An Ordinance to amend Section 56-69 of the Ordinances
of the City of Alma to prohibit the discharge of storm or ground water to the sanitary
sewers, to prohibit such connections, and to provide assistance and incentives to
eliminate improper connections.
Ordinance No. 725: An Ordinance to amend Section 56-80 of the Ordinances of the City of
Alma to establish methods of enforcement of Division 1 of Article III of Chapter
56 of the Ordinances of the City of Alma.
Ordinance No. 726:
An Ordinance to amend Section 30-24 of the Ordinances of the City
of Alma to provide a civil fine for violation of Sections 56-66 through 56-81 related
to the connection to and discharge into the sanitary sewers of the City of Alma.
