City of Alma Medical Marihuana Facilities Applications are now available (February 8, 2019) once an entity has met with staff, has an approved zoning verification form, and paid the $1,000 non-refundable fee. Applications will be due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019.
A PRE-APPLICATION MEETING WAS HELD ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2019 AT 7 PM. IF YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE MEETING, AND ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR ONE OF THE MEDICAL MARIHUANA FACILITIES LICENSES WITHIN THE CITY OF ALMA YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH STAFF.
STAFF WILL WALK THROUGH THE PROCESS, THEN PROVIDE A ZONING VERIFICATION FORM. THIS PRE-APPLICATION MEETING IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS. YOU CANNOT GET AN APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD THE PRE-APPLICATION MEETING WITH STAFF, HAVE AN APPROVED ZONING VERIFICATION FORM, AND PAID THE $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE. Forms will not be downloadable, forms must be picked up and dropped off in person or through the mail.
